PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE
USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use
of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and
other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and
conditions, please do not use this site.
Credit Card use Policy:
Due to fraud prevention we require that your shipping address is
on-file with your credit card company. If your shipping address is not
on-file with credit card company your order maybe canceled or declined.
To add your shipping address to your credit card simply call your
credit card company and request to have the shipping address on file.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE (RMA Policy)
If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date,
email our customer service at sales@ul-solar.com or call our
number at 888-701-0566 for Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA#) Please retain your shipping confirmation for proof of shipping
within 14 days of RMA creation until you have received a refund or
exchange from ul-solar.com for the returned product. Please note that
all shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept returned packages
without RMA#. If you return a package with out having been assigned a
RMA#, the package will be denied and returned back to you and all
associated costs will be your responsibility. Any return that is not
shipped within the 14 day window will be refused, and the RMA# will be
null and void.
ul-solar.com is not liable for loss of items returned without an
RMA in advance. All merchandise with an RMA must be shipped back to ul-solar.com within 14 days of the date that the RMA was issued (you
may ship by any method you choose proper packaging is required any
damage caused by shipper will not be honored please insure your package
as appropriate.) The returned product must be in new and unused
condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and
accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able
condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an
item with any indications that it has been used.
Secure your item(s) inside the original shipping box. If the original
packaging materials are unavailable, you must obtain and use similar
packaging materials and make every effort to ensure that the product is
not damaged during shipping.
Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping.
Please also include a copy of the original packing slip with your
return.
Write your RMA number on the box in LARGE letters next to the shipping address. For example, “RMA# 18691”
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned
within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any
questions about the restocking fee please call us or email us before
you place the order.
Please allow us 14 days once we have received your returned items to process and credit your credit card.
DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
While it is unlikely that your items will be damaged during
shipping, it can happen from time to time. However, in the unlikely
instance of damage occurring during shipping, it is the customer's
responsibility to notify the shipper and ul-solar.com
(sales@ul-solar.com) immediately.
If your item(s) arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective,
we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new
one in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the
manufacturer's return policies. Requests for replacement parts will be
processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to
express ship replacement pieces.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE
USPS/FEDEX/UPS is out primary shipper on smaller panels. For
large orders ( by Pallet )(120W or larger) we use various freight services. You can
contact our customer service department to determine which shipping
company will be delivering your packages.
ul-solar.com will not take responsibility for the missing package
nor will we grant a refund or replacement and you the customer will
need to file a claim directly with the shipping company if your items
are lost or stolen at your door steps or inside your business.
If you have any concerns that your package will be removed from your
residence or business prior to you receiving after it is delivered
please email service@ul-solar.com prior to placing an order
and specifying you want a "Signature Required" This is an especially
good idea for larger orders or if you have had problems in the past
with missing packages. If you do ask us for a "Signature Required"
delivery we will take full responsibility of your delivery until the
package has been signed for.

Warranty
Limited Warranty for PV Modules
1. Limited Product Warranty—Two year Repair, Replacement or Refund Remedy
UL SOLAR, Inc.(UL SOLAR, Inc) warrants its photovoltaic solar modules, including factory-assembled
connectors and cables, if any, to be free from defect in workmanship and material under normal application, installation, use and service conditions. If modules fail to conform to this warranty, then for a period ending one (1) years from date of sale as shown in the invoice to the direct customer of UL SOLAR, Inc, UL SOLAR, Inc will, at its option, either repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price as paid by the customer. The repair or replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the “Limited Product Warranty” and shall not extend beyond the One (1) years period set forth herein. It will be performed directly to the customer only. This “Limited Product Warranty”
does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under clause 2 hereinafter (“Limited Peak Power
Warranty”).
2. Limited Peak Power Warranty – Limited Remedy
12 years
If, within a period of twelve(12) years from the date shown in the invoice to the customer any modules exhibits a power
output less than 90% of the minimum “Peak Power at STC” as specified at the date of invoice in UL SOLAR, Inc
product information sheet, provided that such loss in power is determined by UL SOLAR, Inc (at its sole and absolute
discretion) to be due to defects in workmanship or material, UL SOLAR, Inc will replace such loss in power by either
providing additional modules to the customer to make up for such loss in power, or by replacing the defective modules at the
option of UL SOLAR, Inc.
25 years
If, within a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date shown in the invoice to the customer any modules with a nominal
power of at least 25 Wp exhibits a power output less than 80% of the minimum “Peak Power at STC” as specified at the date
of invoice in UL SOLAR, Inc product information sheet, provided that such loss in power is determined by
UL SOLAR, Inc (at its sole and absolute discretion) to be due to defects in or workmanship or material,
UL SOLAR, Inc will replace such loss in power by either providing additional modules to the customer to make up
for such loss in power or replacing the defective modules, at the option of UL SOLAR, Inc. The remedies set forth in
this clause 2 shall be the sole and exclusive remedies provided under the “Limited Peak Power Warranty”.
3. Limited of Warranty Scope
These “Limited Warranty for PV modules” as set third herein are expressly in lieu of and exclude all other express or implied
warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and of fitness for particular purpose, use, or application,
and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of UL SOLAR, Inc, unless such other obligations or liabilities are
expressly agreed to in writing signed and approved by UL SOLAR, Inc. UL SOLAR, Inc shall have no
responsibility or liability whatsoever for damage or injury to person or property, or for other loss or injury resulting from any
cause whatsoever arising out of or related to the modules, including, without limitation, any defects in the modules, or from
use or installation. Under no circumstances shall UL SOLAR, Inc be liable for incidental, consequential or special
damages, howsoever caused. Loss of use, loss of profits, loss of production, loss of revenues are therefore specifically but
without limitation excluded. UL SOLAR, Inc aggregate liability, if any, in damage or otherwise, shall not exceed the
invoice value as paid by the customer, for the single unit module.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
(1) The “Limited Product Warranty” and the “Limited Peak Power Warranty” do not apply to any modules which have been
subjected to:
a. Alternation, improper installation or application;
b. Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident;
c. Repair or modifications by someone other than an approved service technician of UL SOLAR, Inc;
d. Non-observance of UL SOLAR, Inc installation and maintenance instructions;
e. Power failure surges, lighting, flood, fire, accidental breakage or other events outside UL SOLAR, Inc control.
(2) Warranty claims will not be honored if the type or serial number of the modules have been altered, removed or made

illegible.
(3) In any event, all warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period.
(4) Both, the “Limited Product Warranty” and “Limited Peak Power Warranty” do not cover any transportation charge,
customs clearance or any other costs for return of the modules, or for reshipment of any repaired or replaced modules, or
costs associated with installation, removal or reinstallation of the PV modules.
5. Disputes
In case of any discrepancy in a warranty-claim, a first-class international test-institute such as TUV Rheinland in Germany or
ASU Arizona state university shall be involved to judge the claim finally. All fees and expenses shall be born by the losing
party, unless otherwise awarded. The final explanation right shall be borne by UL SOLAR, Inc.
6. Severability
If a part, provision or clause of this “Limited Warranty for PV modules”, or the application thereof to any person or
circumstance, is held invalid, void or unenforceable, such holding shall not affect and shall leave all other parts, provisions,
clauses or applications of this “Limited Warranty for PV modules”, and to this end such other parts, provisions, clauses or
applications of this “Limited Warranty for PV modules” shall be treated as severable.
7. Various
The repair or replacement of the modules or the supply of additional modules, does not cause the beginning of new warranty
terms, nor shall the original terms of this “Limited Warranty for PV modules” be extended. Any replaced modules shall
become the property of UL SOLAR, Inc made for their disposal. UL SOLAR, Inc has the right to deliver
another type (different in size, color, shape and/or power) in case UL SOLAR, Inc discontinued producing the
replaced modules at the time of the claim.
8. Force Majeure
UL SOLAR, Inc shall not be responsible or liable in any way to the customer or any third party arising from any
non-performance or delay in performance of any terms and conditions of sale, including this “Limited Warranty for PV
modules”, due to acts god, war, riots, strikes, unavailability of suitable and sufficient labor, material, or capacity or technical
or yield failures and any unforeseen event beyond its control, including, without limitations, any technological or physical
event or condition which is not reasonably known or understood at the time of the sale of the modules or the claim.
9. Obtaining Warranty Performance
If the customer feels a justified claim covered by this “Limited Warranty for PV modules”, an immediate notification directly
to UL SOLAR, Inc (6255 MCLEOD DR. STE7 LAS VEGAS, NV 89120) shall be filed. Together with the notification, the
customer should enclose the evidence of the claim with the corresponding serial number of the modules and the invoice on
which the modules have been purchased. The return of any modules will not be accepted unless prior written authorization
has been given by UL SOLAR, Inc.
10. Validity
This “Limited Warranty for PV modules” is valid for all modules dispatched between 1st January 2008 and 31st December
2008.
“Peak Power at STC” is the power in watt peak that a PV-module generates in its maximum power point. “STC” are as
follows: (a) light spectrum of AM 1.5, (b) an irradiation of 1.000W/M2. (c) a cell temperature of 25 degree centigrade at right
angle irriadiation. The measurements are carried out in accordance with IEC61215 as tested at the connectors or junction box
terminal-as applicable-per calibration and testing standards of UL SOLAR, Inc valid at the date of manufacture of the
PV modules.
Limitation of Liability
UL SOLAR, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential
damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the
materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if UL SOLAR, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability
or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In
the event that a UL SOLAR, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an
incorrect price, UL SOLAR, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. UL SOLAR, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is cancelled, UL SOLAR, Inc. shall issue a credit to
your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These
terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site
and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and
conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by UL SOLAR, Inc.
without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to
Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability,
Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

UL SOLAR, Inc. may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general
notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have
provided to UL SOLAR, Inc..
